Warranty
The standard term of warranty on electric scooters is 2 years. With us you have the possibility to extend this standard warranty to 3, 5 or even 10 years. For this you pay a small additional charge. You can also combine this extended warranty with our maintenance service. This is an annual agreement whereby a periodic maintenance moment is scheduled. No extra costs are charged for this, such as parts or call-out charges.
In addition to the standard or slightly extended warranty, you also enjoy an exchange guarantee. With this we guarantee the right choice. Would you like a little more comfort, for example? Or drive a little faster? Then you can exchange the chosen model for another mobility scooter of the same value.

Maintenance
Our electric trolleys moving parts should continue to function properly. Experts recommend that you send your mobility scooter, on time, to submit to a check-up. Check-ups can be done with flexible schedules to suit your needs. The price will be determined on a case by case basis or you can opt for our maintenance service. This is an all-in annual contract where you should not be afraid of extra costs. We also provide you with a regular appointment for the inspection of your scooter.
From many years of experience, we can recommend you to go for a maintenance contract from the start. This is, in most cases, a lot cheaper out and you don't have to worry about extra costs. At any time you can enjoy the use of your mobile scooter carefree.
Batteries
A mobility scooter works on the basis off two batteries. We offer different kinds of batteries, each in a set of two. The reason we offer the batteries in a set of two is very simple. When your batteries are due for replacement, it is necessary to exchange the whole set.
Breakdown service
There is nothing worse than being on the road with your electric trolley and suddenly coming to a standstill. We have also thought of this for you. We provide a technical service which can always be reached, day and night, to come to your aid if you have an unexpected problem with your mobility scooter.
